Mack Morris
I was born and raised in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia. I graduated from Lane High and then attended The University of Virginia in Madison and Eastern Mennonite College. In 1985, after 16 years of working for Sears Roebuck, I left and started Woodson and Morris in 1985, which later because Mack Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. With the help of my wife and others, I have tried to build a business that strived to provide the best products and superb customer service. I started with two and today we have a team of over thirty that agree and understand my business model. The foundation is set for the business to continue with the leadership of my son-in-law and my grandson.

Hi, I’m Cindy. I have over 25 years of outstanding customer service experience, and have been with Mack Morris since 2017. I have 2 daughters and enjoy crafting in my free time.
Crystal Downey
I have worked for Mack Morris since 2016. My first 6 years were spent assisting customers as a CSR. I learned the ins and outs of HVAC during that time. I am now super excited to meet all of you, that I have talked to and taken care of over the years, as your comfort consultant! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, boating on the lake, and of course…shopping!
Shaina Rhodes
Hey, I'm Shaina! I've been in the accounting field for 17 years. The last four of those years I have been working alongside Mack and our General Manager, Kent. My favorite part of working at Mack Morris is hearing the customers appreciation and compliments for our hard-working technicians. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outdoors and adventurous with my family and pups.
Alejandro Gonzalez
Alejandro joined our team when a competitor company was acquired in 2009. He had an immediate impact on the install department and was a lead installer on various kinds on projects. From new construction jobs to upgrading existing systems, Alejandro proved himself to be a leader. Today, Alejandro heads the installation department. Some of his duties include assigning jobs to the crews, measuring and ordering equipment for installs, communicating the scope of the project to both the homeowner and crew, and upholding our standards of high quality performance.
Frank Barbour
Frank joined our team in 2016 and took over the parts manager role. His daily duties include maintaining inventory of the various parts and accessories that are needed on a regular basis, directly ordering larger unit-specific parts from our suppliers, verifying system warranties when parts are needed, and ensuring our teams have the supplies that are necessary to best serve our customers.
Kent Pritchett
Kent is the chief operating officer here at Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. Kent has been with the company since 1997 and has worked in every department of the business. He has attended conferences in Arizona, Florida, Texas, Maryland, and Virginia for both equipment and business classes. He has also completed the CATEC program. This extensive knowledge of the industry has allowed Kent to focus on evolving the company to be the best HVAC company in Virginia, along with building future leaders in the process.
Scott Sullivan
Scott joined our team in 2016 and is the third generation of HVAC technicians. Learning from his father and grandfather, Scott possesses a great wealth of knowledge. He has also attended numerous courses both locally and out of state. Scott is customer service driven and takes pride in informing the customer of all of the options available to them when in need. In his free time, whether it’s at a lake or a bay, you can catch Scott fishing after hours.
Sue Morton
Sue has been with the company since 2013 and is a member of our service department. She states that she enjoys the challenge of diagnosing the issues that she comes across.

Anthony Pritchett
Hi, I’m Anthony. I have been with Mack Morris since 2017, and am currently in the install department. I enjoy the challenge of disassembling the old units and replacing them with their new counterpart. One highlight of my workday is seeing the satisfaction on the homeowner’s face after the startup of their new unit is complete.

Hi, I’m Chris. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing music, working with computers, and snowboarding.
