"Great experience with a full HVAC replacement. The Mack Morris rep, Robert, came out to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He explained what they would do and how they would do it, including replacement of the outdoor condenser unit and the indoor air handler. This explanation was particular important for the inside unit and his recommendation to install a downdraft unit instead of a replacement for the updraft unit already in the closet. The new unit would save space in the closet and increase efficiency of the system by connecting directly to the house's duct work. Robert provided three quotes for the systems that very day. The quote he provided was reasonable for the area and thousands less than another quote I had for a smaller system. On the day of installation, Anthony and his crew showed up promptly and stayed all day until the job was complete. They explained the work they did, demonstrated that the system worked, and showed us how they connected the air handler to the duct work, which is kind of complicated. They also informed me that they would have to return to install the wiring for the defroster system (it wasn't pre-wired), which they did later in the week. I was extremely impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Robert, Anthony, and the rest of the crew throughout the appraisal and installation process. I've already recommended this company to a co-worker and she was equally impressed with the quote she received. There is no doubt I will continue to use Mack Morris to service all HVAC equipment going forward."
