"Power surge during storm fried our board on the condenser unit. Quick diagnosis, professional and showed me the burned board instead of just telling me that that was the issue. Would recommend! Update: Sept 2026 My 13 yo unit was giving me significant problems and my second unit was already 20 years old. I went ahead and got both replaced with the Mack Morris Signature series by MOVAIR units inside and out. From the first phone call, to visit, to install, I was never pressured into new units. I was given options for what they sold/install and was provided literature and answered all my questions to help me determine which units i wanted to go with. Not once did they try and sell me something i didn't need, they just gave me information and waited patiently without nagging for me to make a decision. They had the units ready for install quickly and it took only two days to install them both. The installation technicians were excellent. Very curious and answered any questions i had. They made sure i approved of everything, went over the basics and helped me program the thermostats. I have already scheduled my first two cleanings/maintenance cycles with them and will of course get that done by them moving forward. The office staff is also amazing!. WITHOUT HESITATION, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Mack Morris and Team!!"
